MassArt has three residence halls (prices are for the room only, meal plans and other fees not included.):

Artist's Residence
Double: $9,625 ($4,813/semester)
Single: $10,640 ($5,320/semester)
Triple: $7,742 ($3,871/semester)
Converted Double: $8,778 ($4,389/semester)

New Residence Hall


All students are required to have a partial meal plan if living in a MassArt dorm.
Partial Meal Plan: $1,690 ($845/semester)
Full Meal Plan: $2,946 ($1,473/semester)

Activity fee: $20 ($10/semester)
Technology Fee: $650 ($325/semester)
